We had a fantastic time at Barrio Vallarta's place in the Romantic Zone. Everything is new and it's a very pleasant space for a long weekend. Barrio Vallarta was very responsive and ensured we knew how to navigate taxis to get to the condo. It's a beautiful space, perfectly located, and we would definitely stay there again. Make sure to enjoy the rooftop pool! Fantastic.

My stay at Barrio Vallarta place was great and I enjoyed my time at his place. Raul is a wonderful host and truly cares that his guests have a great stay :-)) The Studio is extremely clean and well maintained. All basic amenities are provided. Close to the beach, bars and restaurants. I would stay again and can highly recommend it anytime. Thanks a bunch! Andreas :-)

Muy limpio. A pocos pasos de la playa y los clubes en la zona romántica. La piscina en la azotea está en el lado pequeño, pero tranquilo y con excelentes vistas. La cerradura con código de llave de la puerta puede ser meticulosa, pero te acostumbrarás. ¡Sin duda volvería!

Barrio Vallarta was amazing! The housekeeping staff was wonderful, the location in the Romantic Zone was perfect, and the beach was just a 5-minute walk away. The Management and the staff were incredibly friendly and responsive. We felt safe and secure, and the suite had all the amenities we needed. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience—we can't wait to return!

This is a beautiful modern and lovely building and apartments. The doorman at night was so helpful, kind and welcoming. Very safe area and every space in the building was meticulously clean and well appointed. Luxury towels and linens and beautiful bath amenities. Professional housekeeping. I can’t say enough about every deal of our stay. The single best airbnb I have ever stayed in. Will always be my first choice.

We had an amazing stay for NYE. First of all, Management was very communicative and responsive from the moment we made the reservation until check out. The place is a brand-new building that is very safe, clean and with a beautiful pool terrace where you can see the sea and city. The room was very spacious (more than what it looked like on the pics) and it smelled fresh and clean at walk in. We had cleaning service every day, which was great. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice newly constructed building. Very close to the central bars/restaurants and just a few blocks from the beach. There will soon be a restaurant on the ground floor and there’s a small rooftop pool. Management and Staff were also very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I’ve stayed at several PV rentals. This one is a solid choice.

Excellent! Our stay at Barrio Vallarta was wonderful. It’s just a block from the beach, in the heart of the party scene. The building, rooms, and access were all impeccable. We will definitely return! Thanks for everything.

These Studios are in a brand new 6-floor building in the heart of the Romantic Zone. Bars, restaurants, taco carts, OXXO, and the beach are a short walk away. The Management was very communicative and proactive. The modern studios feature electronic keypad codes for easy check-in. The building boasts a nice rooftop pool deck. The Studios for couples have a kitchen, a living area, two balconies, a king-sized bed, and plenty of storage, with everything being comfortable and well-equipped.

This new hotel is well designed and a good space for a couple. Cannot beat the location and the Management and the staff at the hotel are just exceptional in providing service and responding to any needs and/or questions. Will definitely stay again

We spent an early February weekend here and were impressed with the quality of furnishings and bedding. The building is very secure and located in the heart of PV Zona Romantica. The rooftop pool offers great views. The A/C worked well and was quiet. Overall, we loved it and would stay again.

We had a great stay at Barrio Vallarta suites. The property is newly constructed with high-quality beds and appliances in the rooms. It has an excellent location in Zona Romántica. The manager and staff were very attentive. There’s a restaurant on the ground floor that serves a good breakfast and burgers. Highly recommended!
